Centenary of the birth of Leonard Bernstein and the death of Claude
DebussyFriday 8 June, at 8.30 pm Auditorium Rainier III
This tribute concert brings together Gabriel Fauré, Claude
Debussy and the brilliant Leonard Bernstein, who so loved French music. Featuring one of the greatest French
conductors and a young Scottish artist of Italian origin, whose career has really
taken off in recent years, this concert is more just a celebration – it's a truly
spectacular tribute!
As a prelude to the concert, there will be an introduction to
the works at 7.30 p.m. by André Peyrègne.
