“Around M(e)” exhibition in Monaco
Exhibition of photographs by Alice Blangero until 27 July 2014
Alice Blangero was born in Monaco in 1979 and discovered photography through portraiture.
She collaborated with Jean-Christophe Maillot at the Monaco Dance Forum, held to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Ballets Russes in Monaco in 2010.
The following year, an intensive collaboration began with the Ballets de Monte-Carlo and its Choreographer-Director, who threw open the Atelier’s doors to the photographer, enabling her to capture the rarest, most intimate moments.
The Around M(e) exhibition brings together around 100 photographs, mainly taken during rehearsals but also in the wings and on stage.
