"La Route du Goût" ("The Road to Taste") 3rd Organic FestivalFrom Thursday 11 to Sunday 14 October 2018, Quai Antoine Ier
Organised in Monaco for the last four years by the Bio Chef Global Spirit Association, with the Monte-Carlo Beach's organic Michelin-starred chef Paolo Sari at the helm, "La Route du Goût" ("The Road to Taste") has become the Principality's leading festival of all things organic. In 2018, the festival will be held from Thursday 11 to Sunday 14 October, and will enjoy the high patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco.
Numerous educational events based around renewable energy, actions to save the planet and cooking demonstrations featuring healthy, organic food are on the programme. In addition, competitions to find the best eco-friendly inventions and top culinary masterpieces are open to children and their parents.
A major first for this year is the Floating Organic Village, featuring a much talked-about kitchen garden. This will be an area of 300 square metres populated by organic artisan producers and Michelin-starred chefs.
