Discover an immersive and interactive experience! Take on the role of a roving reporter and set off on a mission to explore the polar regions! This new exhibition includes five thematic areas spread over two levels. Learn about the poles and their wildlife, and the men and women who populate and explore them. Fascinating objects and documents, digital content and immersive devices come together to create a 360° experience. The great voyage can begin! The IMMERSION room (space N°4) has closed. The other areas of the Polar Mission exhibition will remain open until 5 January 2025.

Discover a different side of Prince Albert I! Meet the prehistorian prince, the scientist and explorer, and trace the history of his archaeological expeditions. From the Grimaldi caves to Spain, from the founding of the Monaco Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology to the Paris Institute of Human Paleontology, visitors will follow the incredible journey and archaeological ideas of a fascinating, and fascinated Prince.

Exhibition - "Fragile Polar Worlds - Greg Lecoeur"
From Saturday 1 July 2023 to Tuesday 12 March 2024, Oceanographic Museum of Monaco
From the floating sea ice and polar bears of the north, to the emperor penguins and vast ice deserts of the south, this exhibition features the iconic photography of Greg Lecoeur, portraying the incredible biodiversity to be found in the Arctic and Antarctic regions, both essential to the health and balance of our planet. Against a backdrop of breathtaking giant decors, "Fragile Polar Worlds" aims to document, inspire, and raise awareness about the important of protecting our oceans. Organised in collaboration with the Oceanographic Institute of Monaco.

Pier Paolo Calzolari is known for the formal originality of a multidisciplinary art (painting, sculpture, but also performances understood in the sense of "acts of passion"), often using organic materials such as tobacco leaves, fire, or frost to create "installation pieces" that push the boundaries of contemporary art.

The ice caps are coming to the Blue Gin! This winter will see the iconic venue get a spectacular new look with an igloo, a forest of white-capped pines, stalactites, polar bears, and penguins. Experience a veritable polar adventure, from igloo to iceberg via stalactites and pine forest... Bathed in ice blue lights, house DJ Nicolas Saad will warm up the dancefloor on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. And it's not just the decor that's set for a polar makeover - check out the new cocktail menu for some delicious wintry surprises!

As part of commemorations marking the centenary of Princer Rainier III (1923-2023), the Oceanographic Museum presents its new permanent exhibition, "The Prince and the Mediterranean". Visitors to the exhibition, the Oceanographic Institute's tribute to the unshakeable connection between Princer Rainier III and the ocean, and the Mediterranean Sea in particular, will step aboard his ship, Deo Juvante II. Guided by the voice of H.S.H. Princess Stéphanie, they will navigate through four fascinating spaces, each exploring a different facet of the Prince and his passion for all things aquatic.

The Monaco Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology celebrates the vision of the current museum's founder, Prince Rainier III. Step into the history of the creation of the second Museum – a site museum! - in the heart of the Exotic Garden, just a few yards from the Observatory Cave. Learn about the numerous archaeological digs carried out during the Prince's reign, and the unprecedented donations made by the Prince and Princess Grace Kelly. Explore different spaces on a variety of themes, from promotion of the Monegasque language to the holiday camps planned by the Museum's then Director, Louis Barral.

The vernissage, organised by Feelingarts, will take place on Thursday 18th January, starting at 5.30pm. Sport - "Monaco Sportsboat Winter Series (Act III)"

In line with the YCM's sporting policy and featuring the Melges 20 class from 2013 thanks to the efforts of Valentin Zavadnikov, then later the J/70 class, the Monaco Sportsboat Winter Series are a one-design winter programme of training and regattas taking place monthly between December and March. The format has proven hugely popular, with more than 350 yachtsmen and women coming from all over Europe to set up their winter training base in the Principality, as they prepare for the biggest races of the coming season.

After one of his concerts, the maestro is repeatedly disturbed by an overly insistent spectator, Léon Dinkel, who claims to be a great admirer and has travelled all the way from Belgium to applaud him. But the longer the conversation goes on, the stranger and more menacing the visitor's behaviour becomes...Until finally he reveals an object from the past. Just who is this unnerving Mr Dinkel? An emotional meeting between two men, neither of whom will emerge unscathed.

"Monaco Run 2024" organised by the Monegasque Athletics Federation (FMA). The event features a series of foot races through the streets of the Principality. In addition, this year will see Monaco provide the starting point for the Trail du Mont Agel for the first time ever! Run over a 30 km course through the hills around the Principality, the trail run explores the Riviera's natural environment and passes through locations with incredible views.

A Red Riding Hood for the modern age, full of laughter, emotions, and music. The extraordinary story of Marlaguette, a resourceful young girl unafraid to wander in the forest, who is somehow able to tame the wolf ready to devour her. Astonishingly, the two become great friends. The only fly in the ointment comes in the form of the wolf's struggles to become vegetarian, to please Marlaguette.

Oceanographic Museum - "Winter Holidays"

During the half-term holidays, visitors are invited to get their reporter's hat on and embark on a journey to discover the North and South Poles, by exploring five themed areas, including the unmissable "Immersion" featuring interactive projections. The epic voyage continues with a display of photographs by Greg Lecoeur entitled "Poles, Fragile Worlds". Also, don't miss the fascinating exhibition "The Prince and the Mediterranean", which tells the story of Prince Rainier III's close connection to the sea, and the Mediterranean in particular.
